Managing Your Alerts

When you add customers to your monitoring list, you will receive email alerts of their activity. You'll receive an email to alert you when adverse information appears or simply a change of information on their credit file.

 

To adjust the type of alerts you receive on your customers, follow the steps below;

  1. In the top right-hand corner select the settings cog
  2. Click on my account

  1. Click settings
  2. Select alerts

From here you will be able to adjust the type of alerts you receive and cc additional people to the alert mailing list.
