Finding Director Information

Director information will be available on any entity that is registered with ASIC, meaning that the entity must have an ACN and the information displayed must be up to date through ASIC. The information will be included in the credit report (if on file) and can be found in the ‘Directors & Officeholders’ section.  

If the information is not available, you may be required to purchase an ASIC extract at an additional cost. When director information Is unavailable the system will prompt you to purchase either the 'ASIC current extract' or 'ASIC current & historical extract'.
